Active ingredient: dexketoprofen

Dexketoprofen bioavailability varies if taken with or without food. Food influences pharmacokinetic parameters, decreasing degree of absorption and maximum concentration (Cmax), increasing the time it takes to reach Cmax (Tmax)[1]. Antacids do not appear to influence the extent of absorption[2].

For this reason, the drug should be taken without food. The manufacturer recommends to leave an interval of 30 minutes between taking the drug and the food.
