• 1. Agranulocytosis

• 2. Anorexia

Frequent.

• 3. Diarrhea

• 4. Erythema multiforme

Very rare.

• 5. Fever

Frequent.

• 6. Headache

Frequent.

• 7. Hypersensitivity reactions

5% of the patients exposed to the drug. Potentially dangerous... Include fever, rash, gastrointestinal signs, cough and dyspnoea, headache, malaise, hypertransaminasemia, myalgia, and other symptoms.

• 8. Lactic acidosis

Rare.. Potentially fatal. Usually associated with hepatic steatosis and hepatomegaly. Group effect of nucleoside analogs.

• 9. Lethargy

Frequent.

• 10. Lyell's syndrome

Very rare.

• 11. Pancreatitis

Rare.

• 12. Sickness

Frequent.

• 13. Skin rash

Frequent.

• 14. Stevens-Johnson syndrome

Very rare.
