• 1. Alopecia

Rare.

Very rare.. At the injection site

• 3. Epidural hematoma

Case report.. During epidural anesthesia. It can result in permanent neurological disorder

• 4. Hematomas

• 5. Hemorrhage

Rare, except at very high doses.

• 6. Hepatic enzymes increased

No clinical significance usually.

• 7. Hyperkalemia

Monitor potassium levels if the treatment lasts more than seven days.. More common in chronic renal failure and diabetes mellitus

• 8. Hypoaldosteronism

• 9. Osteoporosis
